Admissions & Fees

• Only one free trial session shall be held on a predefined date before confirmation of admission.

• Admissions shall be confirmed only on full payment of fees & strictly on first come first serve basis .

• There shall be no reservation of admission on telephone/email/fax or by partial payment of fees.

• Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

• All fees shall be charged with service tax extra at actuals.

• Admission shall not be transferred from one batch to other or deferred to later batches.

Parents Guidelines

• The courses are designed to be child-friendly, without stress & undue competitiveness for children.

• Parents cooperation is desirable for smooth conduct & management of the courses.

• Parents involvement is of utmost importance to achieve maximum results of the courses.

• Parents should encourage children to complete their home assignments, practices etc. before the next session.

• Parents are expected to understand that results achieved will vary from child to child & comparisons are unfair.

• Parents are expected to leave & pickup the children on time & are not allowed to attend/watch the sessions.

Participation in Shows/Events

• Various events & shows are conducted periodically to showcase the skills of the students of the various courses.

• Organization of these shows/events involves a lot of efforts, scheduling & practice by the trainers & children.

• Participation in the shows/events requires full commitment & regularity by aspiring child participants.

• Admission to a course does not automatically guarantee the participation of a child in the show/event.

• Though an effort is made to ensure that every child participates, the exact roles/parts given may vary on the scheduling constraints, attendance & skill levels achieved by the child.
